About Marcus
Host of The Shaman's Brew
Marcus is a researcher, explorer, author, and Toltec apprentice whose work spans more than fifty years of investigating consciousness, the paranormal, and the hidden forces shaping human perception. Trained for eight years under Dr. Carlos Castaneda and further initiated by the Toltec Nagual don Miguel of Oaxaca, Marcus carries shamanic knowledge from both the ancient and modern lineages.
His scientific studies in astronomy, theoretical physics, anthropology, geology, archaeology, and the nature of time blend seamlessly with his research at The Monroe Institute's professional division, where he explored how sound and intention shift the assemblage point of awareness. Through The Shaman's Brew, he brings these worlds together — offering pathways into deeper understanding, expanded perception, and the mysteries that lie just beyond the edges of ordinary reality.
